Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Electronic Assemblers to join our team for both 1st and 2nd shifts. In this role, you will assemble, test, and inspect electronic components and devices according to production standards and customer specifications. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with room for growth.
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and systems according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Perform wiring, soldering, and crimping of components using hand tools and equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Operate machines and tools for manufacturing electronic products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and production standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective or malfunctioning components as needed.
- Document and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools, soldering equipment, and basic assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to work the assigned shift with punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 25 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) assembly processes.
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
- Basic understanding of electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters).
