Position Overview. The LVT at CCHS sets the tone for the Medical Program and its interactions with staff, volunteers, and the public. The LVT oversees in-house surgeries, the public low cost clinic, TNR / Community Cat, rescue groups, as well as, providing quality medical care for the CCHS animals.
