The Residential Program Manager for the YYASLC program provides oversight to this community-based congregate care program for young adults referred by DCF. This key leadership position ensures that the overall service delivery meets the highest quality and supports clients to gain the necessary skills for success in the community. The Program Manager supervises direct care staff, providing support, direction, and training, and works collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team of clinical, nursing and casework staff. Also manages a number of administrative systems including financial records and budgets, program licensing, and compliance standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human service or behavioral health field is preferred along with three years of supervisory experience; experience with community-based services for children and adolescents; demonstrated knowledge of child welfare and mental health programming; strong administrative and communication skills.
