Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the catering operations of the restaurant.
- Analyze and plan catering sales.
- Review weekly reports, including staff control, food control, and sales.
- Work with other Directors to establish staffing and food budgets.
- Work with other Directors to ensure suitable inventory levels.
- Collaborate on schedules to ensure there are always enough workers to meet the catering demands.
- Evaluate staff performance, food quality, and catering success daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Meet and greet customers, organize tables, and offer advice about the menu.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Assist with all other restaurant operations as needed.
Job requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong organizational skills
- Catering experience preferred
- Problem solving skills
- Physically able to manage the set up and delivery of catering orders.
- Must be able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
