- Supervise and train office staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility within the practice.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with dental providers to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Conduct regular audits of office practices to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Experience
- Proven experience in office management within a medical or dental setting is required.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards is essential.
