Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training development to enhance team performance.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor office expenses to maintain financial efficiency.
- Coordinate calendar management for executives and schedule meetings as needed.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and facilitate communication within the office.
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Implement best practices in medical office management to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support overall office management tasks, including inventory control and supply ordering.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial oversight.
- Excellent training development skills to foster employee growth.
- Proficient in calendar management, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Knowledge of phone systems for effective communication within the organization.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
- A background in medical office management is an advantage but not required.
