Job Summary :
The Clinical Director (BCBA) is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the behavioral health program, ensuring - based behavior analysis services. This role will involve supervising a team of BCBAs and behavior technicians, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The Clinical Director will also provide direct clinical services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure ongoing staff training and development.
Responsibilities : Clinical Leadership
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans through data collection and analysis.
- Lead and guide the clinical team to ensure high quality and service delivery.
- Provide direct client supervisor to BCBAs and behavior technicians ensuring adherence to ABA principles and best practices.
- Ensure the center has a structured schedule.
- Onboard all new BCBA's with training and development.
