A successful Project Scheduler at Christa assists with all our project teams to create and maintain consistency across the board with formatting, updating and presenting project schedules, while promoting Customer Satisfaction through quality, service and value.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Be a support and training mechanism for Christa employees for all project scheduling requirements.
· Provide support and assist in building all project schedules collaboratively with the project teams.
· Participate in all phases of construction planning and scheduling process, including creating contracts, procurement, baseline, and track schedules.
· Participate in pursuit opportunities with business development, including interviews, presentations and the creation of proposal schedules.
· Conduct regular project visits to review job status and apply construction sequencing knowledge to maintain project schedules accurately.
· Identify and effectively communicate schedule challenges, risks, and conflicts to stakeholders and provide corrective suggestions and creative solutions.
· Assist project teams in schedule sequencing, methods of construction, project delays and impacts, alternate work plans, and recovery schedules.
· Participate and provide feedback in project pre-planning, post-construction, and monthly project status review meetings.
· Develop and facilitate schedule training programs for internal team members.
QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Top candidates will have 5-8 years of commercial construction project scheduling experience (preferably in wood frame multi-family projects) or equivalent project management/scheduling experience in a related position. Be a collaborative team player who can read and understand plans, drawings and specifications. They should be able to recognize areas of concern and potential improvements to schedule sequencing during job site visits with a strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling software, and implementation.

Most of the role involves sitting at a desk, using computers, and attending meetings, with occasional site visits that may require walking, standing, and adhering to safety protocols. Office-based Physical Requirements:
· Sitting for Extended Periods: The majority of the work is done in an office setting, which may require prolonged sitting at a desk, working on a computer.
· Dexterity and Hand-Eye Coordination: Frequent use of computers, tablets, and phones for scheduling software, data entry, communication, and report generation.
· Visual Acuity: Ability to read and interpret schedules, blueprints, plans, and other documentation, often on a computer screen or paper.
· Hearing and Speaking: Communication with team members, contractors, clients, and vendors may involve phone or video calls, requiring clear hearing and speech.
Site-based Physical Requirements:

Compensation for qualified candidates is determined by multiple factors including but not limited to verifiable experience, education, and technical skills. The pay range for this position is: $50-$80k annually
