Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Executive to join our team. This role is essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing their originations pipeline, and providing tailored capital solutions. Your efforts will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the growth of our whole loan originations team.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, including correspondent originators, joint-venture groups and capital markets groups (REITs, Insurance firms, Asset Managers, etc)
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their originations and pipeline needs and providing capital solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and enhance our services.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to demonstrate Churchill’s capabilities and secure new business.
  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring the effective management of the originator’s real estate pipeline and portfolio and the successful delivery of capital solutions.
  • Monitor and report on account performance and correspondent partner satisfaction using Churchill’s proprietary technology and third-party reporting
  • Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for improvement, delivering solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Analyze, price and lock single or bulk loan pools by working with Whole Loan credit and operations team
  • Generate detailed credit memos with recommendations for loan approval or decline, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk appetite
  • Represent Churchill Real Estate at industry events, conferences, and correspondent site visits.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business or related field
  • 1-3 years in account management preferably in the real estate lending field
  • Knowledge of residential real estate markets and investment principles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction
  • Ability to manage numerous competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (powerpoint, excel)
  • Experience with SQL a plus but not required
