Position Overview :

As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role utilising your strengths in effective communication, stakeholder engagement, management of project deliverables, to ensure the successful execution of projects with a key client.

• Manage customer projects end to end using Agile methodologies, ensuring strong and regular communication between customers and team members
• Contribute to pre-sales processes and estimations, as required, and coach others in presales and estimations processes
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully in line with contractual requirements and to customer satisfaction
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews,Backlog Refinement and Retrospectives.
• Lead project teams ensuring high efficiency and morale in project teams
• Run customer meetings and workshops effectively, ensuring appropriate planning and communication to maximise meeting and workshop efficiency
• Identify and mitigate project risks early, involving the relevant team members as needed
• Provide project reporting for your projects and assist the PM Lead in portfolio level reporting, as required
• Coach and mentor Project Managers on all aspects of our agile methodology, project delivery processes and any individual improvement and development needs
• Contribute to the continual improvement of CI&T’s Agile project management practices

• Proven experience in project management role within professional services, consulting or similar digital environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
