What you'll be doing
As an Investment Performance Analyst I, you will be responsible for providing performance measurement reporting for high-net-worth clients. You will work on daily performance audits to ensure the accuracy of the performance data used for Client Reporting. You will also support the Performance Analyst II and Senior Performance Analyst roles on the functions.
How you'll succeed
Review and resolve issues identified in the daily & ad hoc audits performed by Performance Team
Assist Performance Analyst II & Senior Performance Analyst in Ad hoc requests
Lead resource on Portfolio Diagnostic Analytical tool used for Business Development
Update 3rd party databases on Monthly & Quarterly basis with required performance data
Research & Resolve inquiries submitted by end users of the Performance System
Who you are
You have a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
It’s an asset if you have experience with FactSet and performance measurement / packaged performance measurement solutions and conversion/project management (GIM2, Eagle Performance, Wealth Manager, First Rate, APX).
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel.
You have industry knowledge including knowledge of investments, security analysis and industry related expertise.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 for the Boston, MA market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
