- What you'll do
- You will be working on operating the infrastructure and applications as part of Nexus Dashboard Insights engineering team. This highly scalable service provides Intent-Based Management, Orchestration, and Data Analytics functions for our customers to securely operate their global infrastructure across on-premises data centers.
- Responsibilities :
- Actively participate in deploying, testing, and automating new products and features.
- Champion serviceability of the products and provide actionable feedback to the engineering teams for improvements.
- Document to assist our customers and internal staff to better understand product and feature usage.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and System Engineering teams to provide technical assistance
- Work closely with software development and marketing teams to understand the product requirements and come up with a proper test and automation plan.

- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related STEM field.
- 8 years of experience as a QA engineer, or related technical role or Masters 6 years of related experience
- 3 years experience with networking protocols such as Layer 2 Switches, VLAN, STP, UDLD and Layer 3 Routers BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, IP
- Experience automating test plans using Python
- Experience running Kubernetes commands and check pod status, reviewing service logs.
- Preferred requirements :
- Experience in software product development, with strong analytical and debugging skills. Familiar with microservices based software architecture
- Experience with Data Centre Networking concepts and products.

- End to end Networking Experience.
