What is in it for you?

As a SAFe Project Manager - Practitioner, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAFe Practitioner to join our team and support our transition to a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly within a regulated devices environment, and a strong understanding of design controls.
• Collaborate with the existing Scaled Agile coach to facilitate the transition from traditional Agile to Scaled Agile practices.
• Support multiple projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles.
• Develop, maintain, and track project plans in a regulated devices environment.
• Create comprehensive project reports and manage dependencies at the portfolio level.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to design controls.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and progress

• 10 Years

Location: -

• San Diego, CA (Preferred) - Regular travel required if not based in San Diego

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

• 10-15 years of experience in project management.
• SAFe certification
• Hands-on experience working in a Scaled Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of design controls (preferred).
• Proven ability to develop, maintain, and track project plans in a regulated devices environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel regularly if not based in San Diego.

Good to have skills: -

• Experience in a regulated industry, particularly medical devices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
