At Citizens Bank of Kansas, a fifth-generation, family-owned community bank, we are committed to building strong relationships with our customers and our team. We are seeking a Retail Training Specialist to join our team and play a key role in developing our employees' skills and knowledge, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our customers. This position will be based at our Derby Rock Road branch, but as a Retail Training Specialist, you will travel to and support all 10 of our branches as needed, providing training, observation, and assistance across locations.

As a Retail Training Specialist, you will design and deliver training programs, create materials, and coach employees on banking products, services, compliance, and more. You will ensure employees are equipped with the tools they need to succeed and thrive.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training on banking products, systems, and compliance.

Create and update training materials and resources.

Provide on-the-job training and coaching to employees.

Ensure training programs meet regulatory requirements.

Assess employee progress and adjust training as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Experience in training or teaching, ideally in banking or a similar field.

Knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulations.

Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (LMS experience is a plus).

A positive, energetic, and professional personality with a passion for helping others succeed.
