We have a career opportunity for a Treasury Analyst II to join our team!
The successful candidate contributes to the company’s success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support operations and strategic projects. The Treasury Analyst II supports all aspects of banking activities and is responsible for ensuring that all cash inflows and outflows from various financial institution accounts are properly recorded. Also, the Treasury Analyst II is responsible for leading the cash process movement via electronic funds transfer systems under internal and external deadlines, maintaining daily cash position reports, and initiating bank activities to include opening/closing accounts and updating banking services to meet business requirements. The Treasury Analyst II must also maintain banking relationships as well as keep abreast of the latest developments and techniques with respects to banking regulations. The Treasury Analyst II prepares cash forecasts by reviewing business unit budgets and analyzing revenues, liabilities, credit condition and other financial indicators to forecast the organizations short, medium, and long term cash position. The Treasury Analyst II will train staff as needed on various processes and systems. The Treasury Analyst II works with the Treasury Analyst I as needed on these activities.

Responsibilities
- Access bank reports and balance cash positions on a daily basis. Prepare journal entries, supporting schedules and work papers to support cash position. Work with accounting and/or bank personnel to resolve reconciling transactions.
- Process electronic funds transfers for various departments.
- Process bank activity interface files.
- Prepare cash forecasts by reviewing business unit budgets and analyzing revenues, liabilities, credit condition and other financial indicators to forecast the organizations short, medium, and long term cash position.
- Prepare intercompany reports for settlement of cash between business units.
- Prepare reports and schedules to support the financial statement audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
- 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a Treasury or Banking environment is preferred.
- Previous experience with Oracle applications is preferred.
