Citizens National Bank has a new opportunity available in our Operations Center for an Electronic Banking Manager. In this role you will be responsible for directing and supervising Online for Business Specialists and Business Payroll Specialists. You will also assist in the development and execution of products/services to attract new loan, deposit, and treasury management customers in the community. This position coordinates business services of Treasury Management and Online for Business specialists.
A typical day may include the following:
- Develop products/services for our current clients and to attract new clients
- Oversee daily activities of Online for Business Specialists & Business Payroll Specialists.
- Assists with the development of Treasury Management Sales Specialists.
- Reports to management on a regular basis regarding the effectiveness of calling programs, products and services.
- Make outside calls to troubleshoot current Treasury Management customers.
- Develop and implement new products and services when necessary.
- Provide technical assistance to Bank staff and clients regarding use of electronic bank services and ACH Origination

Completes essential duties and responsibilities of the Online for Business Specialists, including, but not limited to:
- Monitoring and responding to customer inquires by email, phone and chat
- Setup & training of new clients
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Daily processing of tasks
- This position requires on-site presence for regular, successful performance: teamwork, face-to-face interaction with peers/management and the ability to utilize the in-house software and hardware is required. Adherence to the Bank attendance policy is required as an essential function of this position.
- Employees must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: must get along with co-workers or peers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; be able to perform work activities requiring negotiating, instructing, supervising, persuading or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
- 3- 5 years experience in Treasury Management/Online for Business.
- Previous management experience preferred.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts of difficult procedural and technical nature and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft products.
