Department: Customer Information
Status: Full time
Job Description: Examine customer data in electronic files that store all pertinent information related to customer accounts to ensure accuracy on a regular basis, while adhering to the bank’s standards and policies and providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with branch employees as needed to complete information for customer files.
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting the CIF department objectives.
- Contact customers to verify individual identity.
- Updating customer information, files, addresses, etc.
- Work, sort and follow through with return mail from customers.
Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal, computer, oral and written communication skills to include phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a team environment, have the dependability through good attendance and adherence to timeliness and schedules.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail, have organizational skills and multi-task.
Education and Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Basic computer and office machine skills
