The SPARK Boston Council (formerly ONEin3) is a City of Boston initiative that empowers the millennial generation to play a greater role in planning for the future of our city. SPARK is a select community of highly active, civically-minded, young leaders working together to ensure that Boston remains the best place to live, work and play. Appointed from 20+ diverse neighborhoods, SPARK advises the Mayor, and his administration, on city policies and programs affecting Boston's millennials.
