Guest Service Manager
**Guest Service Manager is a seasonal position**
*Typically beginning mid-April through Mid-September with hiring and training beginning as early as November.
This position performs the daily operations and management of the gift shop, front gate, guest services office, ticket booth, and helps with concessions as needed. The Guest Service Manager is responsible for performing routine tasks in planning, organizing, and coordinating parties, group reservations, and private rentals.
The Guest Service Manager directly supervises, trains and schedules Guest Service staff as well as performs essential functions to include serving as hosts/hostesses to guests, organizing programs, processing transactions, maintaining records, answering phones, disseminating information, handling cash, and other duties as assigned.
The Guest Service Manager maintains order at the front gate and throughout the park by ensuring the rules and protocols are consistently and fairly enforced.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Six months of prior paid experience in municipal or commercial management, clerical, and customer service
Preferences
Familiarity with money handling, group rentals, recreation software, and customer service
Bilingual in Spanish
Background with security, accounting, and clerical work
CPR Certified or the ability to achieve certification by start date
Position Requirements
Ability to use various computer programs including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software programs and to accurately count money and run reports.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, run, stand, sit and complete a variety of motor skills
- Ability to walk and/or stand on concrete for the majority of your shift
- Ability to bend to the floor and reach overhead
- Ability to lift and carry 30-70 pounds regularly to chest height
- Ability to hear and see well

Pay Rate
This position is $17.50 per hour.
