JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for providing legal research (particularly difficult and complex issues) for cases brought before the Nashua District Court; will be actively involved in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of these cases; will suggest policy changes or training to avoid future legal issues. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, is part of the UFPO Collective Bargaining Unit, and provides an excellent work life balance. The position is grade 16, with a salary ranging from $68,456 - $118,982 (salary dependent upon experience).
