We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including the organization of tools and materials.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required for various projects.
- Operate heavy equipment safely under supervision when necessary.
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as drywall installation, concrete forming, stucco application, masonry work, and metal stud framing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Help with hardscape projects, ensuring proper installation and finishing techniques are applied.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in welding and other construction-related activities.
Skills
- Experience or willingness to learn about hardscape installation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of welding processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform drywall installation and repairs effectively.
- Strong physical capability for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
- Knowledge of concrete forming methods and masonry skills is advantageous.
- Understanding of metal stud framing techniques is beneficial.
