Main Responsibilities
- Lead and direct professional engineering teams in the design, planning, preparation, and execution of public works projects.

- Analyze financial and engineering data to prepare reports, memos, and manuals that inform city decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering, project management, or a closely related field. 10 years preferred.
- Certification as a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin is mandatory.
