Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $105,000 - $125,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Ensure financial statement accuracy and adherence to regulations and company policies

Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency

Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with company objectives

Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and precise reporting

Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and high performance

Analyze manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and margin improvements

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred

Experience : Manufacturing accounting, senior accounting, or controller-level experience required

Small Business Acumen : Ability to adapt in a small business setting, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills

Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices

Software Skills : Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required

Leadership & Communication : Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail
