Our client, a renewables organization, is looking for an HRIS Analyst to add to their team!

• HRIS Analyst Responsibilities :
• Administer, configure, and maintain the Rippling platform to support HR functions (payroll, benefits, onboarding, time management, etc.).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data within Rippling.
• Perform regular audits and resolve data discrepancies.
• Create and generate custom reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and compliance.
• Ensure Rippling generates required legal and regulatory reports.
• Proactively evaluate and identify opportunities to automate workflows across all aspects of HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance reporting.
• Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users on Rippling functionality.
• HRIS Analyst Qualifications :
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role, with hands-on experience managing Rippling (or similar HRIS platforms like Workday, ADP, etc.).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Payroll, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth system integration.
• Experience with HR compliance, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ACA, EEOC).
• High level of organizational skills, time management and problem solving
• This is a long term temporary, hybrid role (expected to last 3-6 months) located in Boston, MA.
