DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
1. Responsible for accurately processing high volume and high value transactions for the Trust Investment Department including processing payments, posting transactions, reconciling accounts, executing transfers, and tax preparation functions.
2. Adds new accounts and assets to the Trust & Investment accounting system. Maintains all existing accounts and assets in system.
3. Handles all securities movement, including cash in and cash out transactions.
4. Responsible for generating and evaluating periodic reports.
5. Responds to operational inquiries from Trust officers, associates, and clients.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance; or equivalent experience.
· Proficient using Microsoft Excel.
· Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work.
· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to specialized software applications.
· Strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics.
· Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
