- Data Review & Filing: Organize and maintain records, review agreements for accuracy, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, assist clients with questions, and provide clear, professional communication.
- Cross-Training & Adaptability: Learn different aspects of operations to provide backup support as needed.
