What You’ll Do:
- Elevate Compliance & Communication: You’ll prepare and deliver 30-day and 24-hour entry notices, maintain accurate records, and ensure tenant adherence to property rules. You'll also represent the company in court proceedings, preparing documentation, collaborating with legal teams, and providing testimony for evictions when needed.
- Elevate Key Management & Vendor Access: Manage and maintain the Key-box Key Management System, ensuring secure handling of keys for vendors and inspectors. You’ll also respond to after-hours calls, addressing urgent tenant and property issues promptly or escalating as necessary.
- Elevate Property & Inspections: Stay updated on all properties by visiting and understanding key features and access points. Respond to emergencies and be available for inspections.

- Elevated Coordination: With proven office management experience and exceptional organizational skills, you efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations and consistent adherence to deadlines. Your strong time management abilities ensure that all activities are prioritized and executed effectively.
- Elevated Communication: Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to clearly convey procedural information and bridge gaps between team members. Your ability to articulate insights ensures that all parties are well-informed, facilitating smooth operations and informed decision-making.
- Elevated Detail Orientation: Possessing a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, you excel in data management and analysis. Your meticulous approach ensures precision in all tasks, supported by your knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and understanding of relevant industry laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office management role.
- Strong understanding of data management and analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the real estate or leasing industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in all outdoor environments.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Extremely detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain an active driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma required
