What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Classic Buildings?

Classic Buildings is Hiring for a Sales Position Designing & Selling Portable Buildings in The Johnson County area. We Design and Build Portable Buildings for our customer's unique uses, Garden Sheds, Garages, Airbnb Cabins, Tiny Homes, Studios, Pool houses, Sunrooms, Home Gyms, Man-Caves, & She-Sheds.

Our sales Process is simple: Identifying & Understanding our customers' dreams, then Designing the Building during the sales process.

Job Duties include:

  • Make outbound calls to Prospects in CRM
  • Manage CRM
  • Take inbound Customer calls
  • Handling Incoming Web leads
  • Set appointments to Design our customers' Dream.
  • Assess the customers' needs & Dreams via Good Questions
  • Design & Quote the project and do a presentation
  • Closing the Sale

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
