General Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist residents, guests, or clients with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Handle requests for information, services, or assistance promptly and efficiently.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for residents, guests, or clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Relay messages, provide updates, and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
Task Coordination:
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, or other services to fulfill residents' or guests' needs.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve complaints or concerns from residents or guests.
- Escalate issues to management if necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
Security and Safety:
- Monitor entryways and report any suspicious activity.
- Assist in enforcing safety and security protocols within the premises.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain logs or records of requests and services provided.
- Manage keys, mail, and packages for residents or guests.
Emergency Assistance:
- Provide support during emergencies by coordinating with first responders and assisting residents or guests as needed.
- Ensure that emergency contact information is up to date and accessible.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Phone etiquette skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong business writing skills.
- A customer-centric approach and a focus on building professional relationships.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
