Responsibilities: - In-bound and Out-bound calls, record and create documents, invoices, and reports - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing, maintaining records and spreadsheets, and data entry of documents- Monitor Accounts receivable. Prepare for hands-on approach.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to speak Spanish and English
- Proficient in using office software such as Excel
- Experience interacting with customers over the phone
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in typing and data entry
