What you'll do:
- Support the People & Performance team on key initiatives in talent acquisition, learning & development, people analytics, and compensation.
- Contribute to developing tools, resources, and programs that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success.
- Analyze data and create reports to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams across CLEAR to assist in executing impactful people-related projects.
- Develop and present deliverables that support team objectives and broader company goals.
- Currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, graduating between Spring 2025 and Spring 2026.
- Passionate about helping people and organizations thrive.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with a detail-oriented mindset.
