Float Childcare Educator

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Float Educator to join our Ridge Rd team. As a Float Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children of all ages. You will work closely with our team of educators to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development. Your main goal will be to ensure that all children in your care receive the attention and support they need to thrive.

Duties

• Provide high-quality care and education to children of all ages
• Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
• Collaborate with other educators to plan and implement age-appropriate activities
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress
• Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare center or comparable setting
• Ability to pass BCI/FBI and ODJFS Background Check

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field and 1 years of experience working with children in a classroom setting
• Experience working with children of all ages
• CPL III or Child Development Associate Certification upon hire (CDA sponsorship available)
• CPR and First Aide Certified
