Job Description:
The HRIS Integrations Analyst will be responsible for developing and supporting data integrations through Workday and UKG Dimensions. This role will work closely with the HR, Payroll and Workday Integrations Manager to support the future state integrations and ensure a smooth transition from the current PeopleSoft and HR systems to the Workday & Dimensions application.
The incumbent identifies interdependencies and ensures the integration team balances and understands the impact of cross-functional decisions. Ensures that all key program integration needs are met and that potential issues are elevated to the appropriate levels and stakeholders for resolution.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for developing and supporting the integrations both internally and externally across the HR and Payroll department
2. Responsibilities include definition of the technical Workday architecture related to integrations, seamless and secure data flows across platforms
3. Timely, secure and effective data flows across platforms ensuring best practices are enforced and providing a seamless application landscape to end users
4. Collaborate closely with the Workday configuration team, the HR and Payroll functional teams and the vendors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the integrations within the Workday and HR ecosystem

5. Excellent interpersonal skills
