POSITION: HOTEL NIGHT AUDITOR
WAGE: $17.50/HR.
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the successful overall operations related to Front Desk and Night Audit of the Hotel and Lodge, ensuring accurate and timely guests’ billings .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- MaintainaworkingknowledgeofbothpropertiesaswellasspecialeventsoftheCasino.
- Respondtoguests'requests,complaints,orinquirescourteouslyandpromptly.
- Prepareanddistribute managementreportstoHotel/LodgeAdministrationandFinance.
- Auditallguestrecords. Verifycreditcardauthorizations. Postroomandtaxchargestoguestaccounts.
- Maintain athorough and accurateknowledgeofhoteloccupancyand inventory.
- Makereservations, cancellations, and reschedules upon request.
- Checkin/outguestsandmanage"WalkIns"inatimelymanner.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Conduct accurate cash, credit card, and voucher payments.
- Answerphonecalls,inhousetextmessagesandtwo-wayradio, deliver messages, as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education: High School diploma, or Equivalent required.
2. Experience: Preferone(1)yearpriorhotelexperience,preferably as a Night Auditor.
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
a. Computer knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs
b. Effective communication (verbal) skills.
c. OPERAPMSsystemexperiencea plus.
4. Be at least 18 years of age.
5. Able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.
6. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
