Position: QA Pharmacy Technician CPhT.
Order Entry Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6pm.
Competitive Compensation: The starting hourly rate is $21 for a Certified Pharmacy Technician CPhT.

QA Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT.
- Ability to think critically and problem solve.
- Pharmacy Technician License in Tennessee.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think critically and perform tasks efficiently with accuracy.
- Self-motivated and the ability to complete job duties with minimal direction.
- 1 plus years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process.
Duties Include:
Bulk QA
- Reconcile bulk queues at the end of day.
- Fill and perform quality check on medication orders to ensure drug name, strength, and quantity match the prescription label.
- Review product for damage and ensure expiration date is appropriate for dispense.
- Identify products that are not deemed 100% compliant to be given to pharmacist for review.
Prepack QA
- Perform quality check on medication orders to ensure drug name, strength, quantity, and expiration date match the prescription label.
- Review cards closely to identify double drops, broken tablets, and contamination.
- Identify cards that are not deemed 100% compliant to be given to pharmacist for review.
- Keep workstation area organized and ensure the area is free from any safety hazards at the end of shift.
- Containers, documents, shipping labels, material, and other items displaying prescription product names, lot numbers, NDC codes, or other information that can be used to facilitate the distribution of contraband products will be placed in designated blue shred bins.
- Make sure Blue Shred bins are emptied into the locked shred bins daily as needed.
- Perform all tasks in a timely and economical manner
- Follow all policies and procedures in the Clinical Solutions Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and Fulfillment Procedures.
- Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Supervisor.
