Title: Research Assistant II
Location: RTP, North Carolina
Essential functions:
- Rodent dosing (oral gavage, i.p, subQ, i.v.)
- Clinical observations and body weights
- Necropsies
- Tissue/blood sample collection and processing
- Support conduct of GLP in vitro and in vivo studies
- Study data documentation under GLP guidelines
- All duties performed on an as-needed basis
Preferred Experience:
- At least 1 year of college level biology education
- At least 2 years of GLP laboratory experience
- Ability to work standing or sitting for long periods at a time
- Very strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions
- Works well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines under stress
- Detail oriented
- Adaptable to change
- Fast learner
- Ability to multi-task effectively
