We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Business Office team. In this role you will work directly with our designers, clients, and management team members. If you like to be busy, work collaboratively and enjoy working with people, this is the position for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, visitors and co-workers via phone, email and in person
- Initiate and update records in the assigned systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Research and reconcile client accounts
- Provide administrative support as needed to all departments within the facility
- Assist in answering incoming calls utilizing the multi-line phone system
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Job Qualifications
- High level of organization, time management and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to problem-solve
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Hands-on customer service experience in a retail environment
- High School Diploma, GED or A.A.
