Design Manager

Your focus will include:

• Lead and manage all design phases, from conceptual development through construction documentation and completion.

• Ensure designs align with project goals, budget, and timeline.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated and functional design solutions.

• Develop and manage design schedules and milestones.

• Review and approve design documents, ensuring quality and accuracy.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to design and construction integration.

• Collaborate with clients, end-users, and consultants to gather requirements, present design updates, and address concerns.

• Act as the primary liaison between design and construction teams, ensuring seamless communication.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in design management, with at least 5 years specialising in healthcare projects (hospitals, outpatient facilities, etc.).

• Proven track record of delivering complex healthcare construction projects on time and within budget.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Ability to balance creative innovation with practical implementation.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams.
