In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
- Operating cleaning equipment
- Removing stains, buffing, polishing and waxing floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing floors and carpets
- Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
- Ensure resident / guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
- You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
- General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
- Trash removal
