Clutch has a client looking for a 3D Generalist for an agency client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Collaborate with creative, instructional design, and medical writing teams to translate complex medical concepts into engaging, interactive, and visually stunning solutions.
• Visual Design: Define the overall visual direction and design aesthetic for projects, creating high-quality storyboards and concept art.
• 3D Modeling and Animation: Develop detailed 3D models and animations, ensuring medical accuracy and adhering to industry best practices.
• Asset Creation: Produce high-quality 2D and 3D assets optimized for real-time rendering applications, including textures, materials, and lighting setups.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software like Blender, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to bring creative visions to life.
• Project Management: Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a creative agency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional artistic skills and a keen eye for design.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, animation, and texturing techniques.
• Experience creating 3D assets for real-time rendering engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or Roblox.
• A solid understanding of human anatomy and biology.
• Familiarity with procedural texturing tools like Substance Painter or Substance Designer.
• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
• A passion for creating innovative and engaging user experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in 3D medical animation.
• Knowledge of AR/VR, gamification, or other interactive technologies.
• Experience with lighting, compositing, and post-production techniques.
