Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and repair of our facilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in facilities maintenance, possess strong leadership qualities, and excel in customer service.
Duties:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment
- Use tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Keep accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Conduct residential painting projects
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment to maintain facilities
- Knowledge of CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Ability to weld and fabricate components
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents and staff professionally
