ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist that will support our company in various HR functions including recruitment, employee training and development, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance. This person will be playing a large role in developing, implementing, and ensuring the smooth operation of our company HR policies and procedures, and ultimately helping to provide a positive, fair, and respectful work environment that enables COBE’s employees to flourish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Onboarding :
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation programs, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies and culture.
- Manage and attend Recruitment Fairs.
Training and Development :
HR Administration :
Employee Relations :
Compliance and Policy Administration :
