Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter

*Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually*

• Collaborate with leadership to assess current staffing needs and forecast future hiring requirements.
• Create and post job descriptions on Applicant Tracking System (Workable) LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for open internal positions, recommending the best-fit candidates for hire.
• Once a candidate is selected, conduct reference and background checks, manage the offer process, and prepare and present offer letters and required documents.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding candidates, staff, and background check data.
• Ensure all hiring, screening, and selection processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct new hire orientation, create and maintain HR files and reports.
• Assist with responding to employee inquiries and provide general support for HR-related concerns.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as necessary to support departmental needs.
• Adapt to changing needs and perform additional tasks as required.

• Experience working with multiple hiring managers to identify and develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• Thorough understanding of recruiting as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Attentive to detail and well organized; ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal skills; able to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to handle personal information and maintain confidentiality,
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
