What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Human Resources Generalist position at Prosum?
MUST HAVE'S:
- Japanese bilingual speaking and writing skills
-Wears multiple hats as a HR Generalist and knowledge of : benefits, recruiting, ADP/Payroll, visa and immigration, international experience.
This is a generalist job and there seeking a well rounded background. It will be tough to say right now which skill set is more important but someone that generally knows about the stuff and cultural fit will be the right profile
-100 employee size experience
-Semiconductor would be first choice but electronics company would be fine. Not seeking purely a manufacturing company. Feels semiconductor and electronics knowledge is much more applicable
-Core competitors/companies to pull from : SCREEN, KLA, ASM AMERICA, ASML, LAM RESEARCH, NIKON, APPLIED MATERIALS, ADVANTEST, FUJI ELECTRIC, ON SEMICONDUCTOR, HITACHI
- superior time management things. as we have seen on our seen, things move quickly. Because of there growth, there will be times that HR will need to meet with Japan HQ until 6pm PST ish for example; candidates need to be flexible with these type of hours. generally though its a 9am-5pm core business hours
-Pass BG Drug
-Lives in the San Jose area (3 days onsite; 2 remote)
-Travels to corporate in Japan maybe 1-2 times a year and domestically occasionally. This is not a traveling HR role though
