Job Description
The Key Account Developer 2 is responsible for maximizing UNITED profitability in all assigned accounts by building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships and proper in store execution of customer programs to include promotional ads / promotions. This is a field-based role.
What your day will look like :
Ensures all key business goals are achieved to include volume, revenue (rate / mix), margin, and share in all assigned outlets / chainsOwns internal in outlet execution trackersWorks with functional partners to ensure the Picture of Success is being executed across every outletAssume leadership role in communicating with customers on all activitiesSolicits and provides feedback on market opportunities and competitive threats from Sales Operation teamSupports Sales Operation to immediately resolve outstanding execution or promotional gapsOwns the call point for each assigned customer to include selling & maintenance of Customer Marketing Agreement activitiesManages customer visits, routinely reviews business results, and gains alignment on key business initiatives / promotionsTracks, measures, and analyzes execution of Key Business IndicatorsPerforms appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed :

Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Position is required to wear safety toed shoes when performing the following tasks : Operating Powered Industrial Equipment or Working in an Area where Powered Industrial Equipment is in use, Fleet Maintenance, Working with Palletized Product, Use of Hand Trucks / Dollies to Deliver Product, Cooler Services, etc.
