- Work as a Senior Developer / Architect / Senior DevOps engineer who can serve as a go-to expert on modern technology and engineering
- Work with technical teams and leadership to influence and support the engineering culture.
- Mentoring and get hands-on with software teams including engineers and architects on learning and applying new ways to solve problems.
- Integrate organizational strategies and coach product teams and leaders in the right direction.
- Enable and inspire a collaborative and empowered culture to promote greater business agility.
- Through coaching soft skills, building trust, evaluating team's current practices / methodologies you'll recommend appropriate next steps to achieve greater business agility.
QUALIFICATIONS
WORK AUTHORIZATION Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) SALARY AND OTHER COMPENSATION : The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
