Job Overview
As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool patrons. Duties
- Supervise swimmers and ensure their safety at all times while on duty.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests.
- Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and checking chemical levels.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, administering CPR and first aid as needed.
- Assist with guest services, providing information and support to patrons.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to stay prepared for emergencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any safety concerns or incidents.
Qualifications
- Current Lifeguard certification is required; CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues when necessary.
- Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment or perform physical tasks as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor for guest interactions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
