ColonialWebb is seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Chesapeake. As a HVAC Facility Service Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, as well as, perform general maintenance repairs as needed for our customer’s facility in Portsmouth.

A day in the life:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems
- Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components
You should have:
- Work experience as a Commercial Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Journeyman HVAC license
- Experience diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems and related controls
- Experience with BAS, Hydronics and Refrigeration (preferred)
- EPA certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
