Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. Position: Counselor II (QMHP)
Departments: Outpatient Behavioral Health Services (OBHS)
Shift: Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Salary Range: $64,147.20 - $81,078.40 (annual). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Summary: Provides behavioral interventions, education, and therapy to adults experiencing chronic medical conditions and/or behavioral health conditions, and who will benefit from wellness interventions as part of a behavioral health treatment plan. The focus of the position is on group interventions and coordinating group treatment options for adults receiving behavioral health services at CCMH. Essential duties are determined/assigned per location, position and/or department.
