Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks including floor care, carpet cleaning, and restroom sanitation.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional service to guests during their stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to develop efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
Skills
- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively during shifts.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
